Your staff was so courteous and helpful to me … I arrived 30 minutes late , I apologized and told the service writer that I would understand if I needed to reschedule. He simply told the mechanic he had a car coming in, and very politely took care of my service. My car was completed with no problems. While I was waiting I could hear a gentleman giving the service writer an extremely difficult time regarding a vehicle he had purchased from Cooper. No matter the argument the man put up about problems with his truck and how the dealership had handled it, and he was very sarcastic and almost disrespectful , your employee never skipped a beat, treating the man with respect and never let his irritation show. I wish I knew the employee’s name, he definitely deserves to be recognized for his customer service that morning!

The only place I will trust with my vehicle. I had a tire go flat on me Friday finally got roadside repair to fix it and the young lady I called at the dealership on Friday said can you get here before 4:30. I couldn’t so she scheduled me an appt. Meanwhile I had to get some air put in my spare and had another place check out the tire they suggested a whole new set. Needless to say I kept my appt at Cooper. They got me fixed up and ready to go. Bo is my guy! Super helpful and trustworthy. Love, love, love my experience every time I go!

Had cabin filter changed along with other service. When I turned the blower fan on (which someone had turned off during svc appt) it was quite noisy and I have very little air flow. Unfortunately due to commitments I haven't been able to get this rectified.

Brandon did an excellent job through the whole process keeping me informed on the status of the truck while waiting for it to arrive. They stuck to everything they told me before finally getting the truck.

Was taken advantage of my wife and I and overcharged us . your dealership charged us almost 2000.00 to charge a $250.00 aftermarket part(fuel pump )because they seen our license plate was from Wisconsin , and they didn’t install it correctly the first time , I had to return a few days later for them to get it correct. What a ripoff.

Everything went great, staff always friendly. Only issue is the waiting room chairs are pretty worn out and not comfortable to sit in for very long.

IT WAS GREAT!

My service advisor, Dustin, always does a great job. This visit, after the oil change and tire rotation that I had scheduled was performed, he let me know that they couldn't do the alignment that I requested because of problems with my front left and right tie rods (doing an alignment would have been a waste of money without correcting the suspension problem), and he quickly gave me an estimate for the needed work. He essentially helped me to understand what my vehicle really needed and helped me not waste money.

I was very disappointed.I wanted to use some my Chevrolet points for my daughters car. I redeemed points online the app. However,I had to pay 6.00 cash for some reason. We got there first and still had to wait an hour.

I recently had a great experience at this dealership while purchasing my new car. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. The entire process—from test driving to financing—was smooth and transparent. I scheduled the service appointment quickly and easily online. Received a call to confirm the appointment and detail any specific needs. They day of the appointment, met with the service advisor who was very professional and I mentioned a specific repair that I could reschedule a later appointment. Within an hour I was notified my vehicle was ready and that I didn’t need to make a separate appointment for the specific repair as they took care of it while it was there. I plan to have Cooper do all the service work on both of my GMC vehicles and plan to purchase my new vehicles from Cooper as well.

Brandon was great!! I went to other places before choosing Chevrolet and even though I’ve always wanted a Silverado he was the reason I chose to purchase the one I did. He was kind, knowledgeable and no judgmental assuming I shouldn’t get a truck bc I’m a female or I wouldn’t be able to afford it like the other lot.

Chris made the process a breeze. We had been speaking for almost a year on getting into the 2026 EV Equinox, and when the one I had wanted came onto the lot, it was easy to pull the trigger.

Quick and simple although I declined the cabin filter change (too expensive).

My visit was A1 from start to finish. Everyone was so kind and professional. My needs were expressed and fulfilled

The staff we dealt with face to face are all excellent, especially Chris Hardison. We have bought at least seven new vehicles in the last ten years. Most of the deals were made over the phone, coming in to sign the papers and pick up the vehicle. Apparently the owner is requiring a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle. We’ve been loyal to Cooper for 10 years and loyalty should go both ways. Makes me wonder if our business is that valuable.

Tooling was left on the fuel cell and when I drove off the car lot, they fell off rolling under the van and now my air bag light is on, not sure if it was related to that or when they pulled the wiring harness off to relocate it never less the light is now on. Also, the parts were on the road and multiple cars hit them I'm sure causing some damage to their cars as well.

Salesman Mark Stephens contacted me after I had sent in an inquiry on my trade. Scheduled an appointment the same day. Mark met me pretty much as soon as I got out of my vehicle. Mark was very professional and knowledgable about the Silverado, I had looked at online. That particular Silverado was in-transit so Mark show me one the same color but was 4x4 instead of 4x2. Mark did an excellent of selling the value of having the 4x4. Mark along with Sales Manager Scott Britt did an awesome job working to get me where I wanted to be with my trade and with the payment on the new truck. Their professionalism and going above and beyond is the reason I am the owner of a new Chevrolet Silverado RST.

I was an out of state buyer and I worked with multiple people while negotiating my deal. Brandon, Scott, Brody, Anna, Dallas, Cooper, Brandi, & Brittney all worked with me during different aspects of the transaction and it was all extremely easy and very transparent. I bought the vehicle remotely and when I arrived it was ready to go and the only thing that took any time was snapping a picture with my kids in front of the store. Came in for new tires, rear sensors were fine when I came in but then had to buy new ones, my guess is they got hit during the tire removal. Full 4-wheel alinement was schedule but wasn't even attempted saying I didn't need it after they said I did. And the new tires did not get cleaned, had grease on the rims after the install and the blue on the white letter didn't clean after a request was made to Brad. A mom and pop shop can to this kind of service, but I choose GM service on my 80k GMC Denali.

I had a great experience at Cooper Chevrolet. I had originally looked at a vehicle at Cooper Hyundai but the customer service was rude and ridiculous. I was looking for a smaller SUV and thought the Hyundai would be a fit. After the treatment I received from the sales lady I knew I needed to look at other options. I looked at Cooper Chevrolet onliine and found a car similar to what I wanted. I called the next morning and everyone I talked to was super friendly. My salesman went above and beyond that day to show me what I looked at online and to show me other options. There was no pressure to buy, everyone was friendly. He explained the differences in the vehicles, thier options, pricing, etc. After considering all my options, I made a decision to look at a new Equinox. I was concerned about financing. The finance manager Cody was patient, explained options I was eligible for and went over everything in detail. I was able to choose a plan that I was comfortable with. I was treated graciously, kinkly, personably and I knew I was part of the Cooper Chevrolet family. I like the vehicle, but I could get one anywhere. The customer service I received cannnot be found anywhere except at Cooper Chevrolet. No need for me to look any further for anything. Thank you very much!

My tires still don’t have the exact amount of pressure in all 4. Thankfully this service appointment was free for me, but I dread future appointments because $115 is pricey when they don’t even vacuum your car. I made my appointment for 7:30 thinking that I’d be in and out, but apparently this is a super busy place because there were quite a few people there at once, even people dropping their cars off so it was definitely a controlled chaos event. All in all, other than the high cost, I am pleased with the experience.

Vehicle service was completed on time and in a very reasonable timeframe. Andrew did a great job explaining all additional recommended service work that my vehicle was showing available. I chose to have the additional work done. Between my purchased service package and loyalty points i was out of pocket less than $20 for the additional recommended fuel treatment, oil additive, and Oil Change.

Though the service took longer, due to uncontrollable circumstances. The staff was extremely nice and thoughtful and kept me informed about what was going on. So yes, I will definitely go back.

I needed my Tahoe serviced within 2 days due to traveling out of town. I explained as much to the young lady who answered the phone when I contacted the dealership, and she was able to get me on schedule. Then, the service department was very prompt with their work, which was fantastic! I pulled up at 4pm, and I was leaving the dealership with a fresh oil change, rotated tires, etc.. in less than 45 minutes. As has been the case since the first time I did business with Cooper Chevrolet, I continue to be pleased with the services I am provided each time I walk through the door!!
