Automotive Parts Counter Specialist & Delivery Driver


We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated person to run our customer service desk in our Automotive Parts Department. Our ideal candidate is a person with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills with a professional appearance, computer experience, and a desire to grow their career with a company that's a leader in the local automotive industry. 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Talking daily to customers and other auto parts facilities
  • Looking up parts for vehicles
  • Maintaining a clean and organized desk and parts area
  • Receiving and processing warehouse inventory
  • Purchase order processing
  • Driving company vehicle for delivery and pick-up
  • Processing shipping orders, both incoming and outgoing
  • Warranty process coordination
  • Performing inventory controls and keeping quality control standards high for audits
  • Building relationships with parts suppliers and vendors
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Experience in customer service
  • A general knowledge of auto parts & repair
  • Experience operating a computer
  • Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
  • Understand and follow proper safety techniques
Physical demands to adequately perform the duties of this job requires the employee to regularly and routinely sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands, hear, and talk. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. You must be able to climb ladders, sometimes work in small or tight spaces, and regularly lift and/or move some heavy objects.
Competitive pay based on previous experience with possible pay increase after 90 day evaluation period, including great company benefits listed below!
